* The files (hhc.exe, hha.dll) contained in the archive hhc.zip should be copied in a folder where there is a file WebTransporter.exe. These libraries will allow you to compile chm-archives correctly.

** These libraries are necessary if the program gives out a mistake of a type: “Error opening rasapi.dll”. It’s necessary to unpack and copy the downloaded files in the following folders:
- for Windows98 - windows\system\
- for WindowsNT/XP - windows\system32 and windows\system32\dllcache\
